PHELPS PHELPS PHELPS!
I have been waking up at 10am, just to do one things which is to watch SWIMMING! i love watching the GREAT michael Phelps swim, he is freaking amazing!
He has won 7 golds and broke 6 world records and 1 olympic record! Tomorrow is the last day when he is gonna to swim for his final team event! I am keeping my fingers crossed for him! I have not been that exciting about swimming 4 years ago... but i guess its because i start to swim competitively for hall olympics, i began to understand the great pressure on the standing block as you listen out for the signal to plunge into the water. And of course, the thrashing of water underneath, when you cannot hear anything except the thrashing of water around you and the sound of each breath you take when u emerge out of the water.
Competitive swimming is so pressuring, glad that there is no need for me to swim this year. haha. But I do miss the winning feeling. haha.
Had a nice dinner with cousins and baby. This is the first time I met the cousins outside of family gathering... and somehow even though we do not really know what each other is doing but there is always this sense of familiarity and a warm fuzzy feeling even though all of them keep bullying me!!! haha.
school is going to its third week and I already have 3 projects to do including FYP! I am so freaking dead and right now i have not finished any of them yet. Think i am gonna have to pia through it tmr and monday! lessons have been tiring and the travelling is freaking straining. Guess I wasn't so used to it yet. Hopefully, things will be better. Looking on the brighter side of things, i have gotten all my modules and I have my friend with me during the lessons. Of course, not forgetting to thank gui gui for lending me her room during the big long breaks! thanks gui gui! i do miss you too, muacks!
alrighty, gonna start relaxing before retiring for the night. need to wake up at 10 to watch swimming again! whooo hooo PHELPS!
